Only list compatible ingredients for selected artifact(s)

When researching, it'd be nice if only the compatible artifacts were displayed in the list for the selected artifact(s).  Currently, you have to scroll
through alot of grayed out incompatible stuff while hunting for a proper combination of materials.  Maybe have an option to toggle between these
two UI modes.

Also, it'd be nice if there was a display of the oxygen level in aquatic environments rather than just a warning when the oxygen is low.

We will not be making any further changes to the research interface. What you suggest would require rewriting essentially the whole menu system for the game.

As for an oxygen display, it is where Fuel would be on other planets (aquatic planets require/use no fuel).
